The evidence that Hollywood has an agenda to promote the homosexual lifestyle is so overwhelming as to be beyond dispute. I wonder at the motivation of those who seek to justify social drinking of “strong drink”, such as the fortified wines and beers and distilled liquors that are characteristically found on the market today. It is common for the worldly minded to seek to rationalize away the sinfulness of their actions. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed” (John 3:19-20).

Two-thirds of Americans, including half of conservative Christians, approve of stem cell research that destroys human embryos, according to a recent survey. The poll, sponsored by the Genetics and Public Policy Center, also revealed an American public that is concerned about protecting human embryos but even more supportive of research that results in their destruction.

We are all dependent upon the Lógos, the Word for instructions in God’s ways. Jesus is “the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through [him]” (John 14:6).
