The following courses of study contain class materials such as audio, Word Documents, PDF Files and Powerpoint presentations. It is our intent to put the class materials and audio of all adult classes taught at the West Side congregation. Click on each link to go to the page containing the materials for that class:
- Acts: New Testament History (In progress)
(The class consists of a verse study of the book of Acts with a special focus on the book as a historical account of Christianity in the New Testament. Interspersed with the chapter studies are various doctrinal discussions that arise in a study of the book).
- Men and Women of the Old Testament (In progress)
(This class consists of a biographical study of 28 different men and women of the Old Testament, in 26 lessons. The intent is both to increase knowledge of Old Testament characters, and to make applications from their lives that will benefit each Christian in their walk with God. The study material used in the study was written and copywrited by Jeff Asher, 2006).
(The class consists of 13 questions asked by a Baptist preacher by the name of David Martin. He claims the 13 questions are not answerable by Christians. His quote, “If you ask one of these ‘preachers’ any of the questions in this tract, you wont’ get a straight answer due to their ‘screwball’ theology.” The class answers the questions honestly, and in depth. The class was conducted from May to December, 2008).
(This class consists of five lessons taught from June 23-27, 2008 at the West Side congregation’s Vacation Bible School. Stan Cox taught the adult class during the VBS. The material consists of audio and Powerpoint presentations of the five lessons).
